MHL Intensive Program|9-month Culture Shift Initiative

This is a multi-month program that consists of 10 days of team sessions, a Leadership Development Report (LDR), Individual Values Assessment (IVA), skill building and clear and ongoing Action Plans, accompanied by one on one Executive Alignment Coaching for each participant between group sessions. There is a minimum of 80 hours of training time for participants with additional one on one support through coaching.
The leadership intensive is targeted to increase personal awareness, build stronger relationships, enhance communication, facilitate an understanding of interpersonal differences, identify individual and team strengths, and areas for improvement. Throughout the whole process there is intentional integration of building values into your culture with a clear understanding of how personal values impact our experience and underpin everything we do.

The program is designed to facilitate authentic connection with each other and those you serve, embracing differences as strengths and guiding behavior and interactions through agreed upon core values and clear agreement on what behaviors demonstrate chosen values.
